Clients

Who we act for, and how an engagement actually runs

Our clients are investors, executives, exceptional talent, property buyers and families moving between Saudi Arabia and Australia. The work is confidential, scoped in writing, and owned by a named adviser.

Client groups

Five groups, five different evidence problems

What separates a straightforward case from a refused one is almost always evidence, not eligibility. Each group below carries a distinct documentary burden.

Investors and business owners

Capital deployment into the Kingdom under the Investor and Entrepreneur categories, with licensing, structuring and job-creation obligations mapped from the outset.

Executives and senior professionals

Special Talent Residency for executives, researchers and health and science professionals who need status independent of their employer.

Gifted talent in culture, arts and sport

Award and nomination evidence, authority recommendations and portfolio preparation for the Gifted Residency route.

Property buyers and families

Residency-qualifying acquisitions in Riyadh, Jeddah and Madinah, plus tenancy, title and renewal compliance after settlement.

Students and skilled migrants to Australia

Course and university selection, skills assessment, recognition of prior learning and visa lodgement through our Australian practice.

How we work

What every client engagement includes

Onboarding
A structured intake covering objectives, family composition, capital, timeline and any prior visa history. You receive a written scope and fee schedule before work begins.
Named adviser
One adviser owns your file end to end, with a second reviewer on every submission. You are never handed between account managers mid-application.
Document room
A single checklist and secure folder for originals, translations and attestations, so nothing is requested twice and every version is traceable.
Reporting
Fortnightly written updates while an application is live, plus immediate notification of any request for further information.
Aftercare
Renewal calendars, dependant changes, Ejar and tenancy registration, and portfolio reviews once status is granted.
Confidentiality
Client information is held under strict confidentiality. We do not publish client names, and we ask permission before referencing any engagement.

Case profiles

Representative engagements

The profiles below are illustrative composites used to show how we approach a file. They are not testimonials and do not identify any client.

Illustrative · Executive

Regional executive relocating from the Gulf

A senior operations executive above the SAR 80,000 monthly threshold needed status not tied to the employer. We filed under Special Talent Residency, sequenced attestation of degrees from two jurisdictions, and registered dependants immediately after grant.

Illustrative · Property

Family acquiring in Madinah

A family targeting the Real Estate Owner category was shown two off-plan units that would not have qualified. We redirected to a completed, unencumbered residential asset above the SAR 4 million threshold and confirmed foreign-ownership permissibility before exchange.

Illustrative · Australia

Nurse moving to Melbourne

A registered nurse needed a skills assessment and a study pathway to strengthen a points-tested visa case. We ran recognition of prior learning, admission to a Victorian provider, and the visa lodgement in one coordinated timeline.
